3-1 West memorial to Flora MacDonald 1722 - 1790 (who helped Bonnie Prince Charlie escape after Culloden). Window shows Esther IV, 16 and was erected by Fanny Charlotte, her great grand-daughter. Illustrated above.

There is a sign at the entrance which says that the church is left open for visitors. It was put there by someone with a sense of humour… shame, it was one of his that he suggested I visit. Oh, well, another time.
