Victorian windows all done as "a matching set" (guide book): 2 porch windows, on left showing Andrew's call to be a Disciple, on right bringing his brother Peter to Jesus. Baptistry windows illustrate the Beatitudes from the Sermon on the Mount. The West window above the Baptistry has the theme of water and baptism: Noah and the Ark, Moses and the Red Sea, St John the Baptist (also at the top baptising Christ), St Philip the Deacon baptising the Ethiopian. As you go towards the altar, the windows on the right show 1. The Annunciation; Mary's visit to Elizabeth. 2. The visit of the Shepherds at Christmas; the visit of the Wise Men at Epiphany. 3. The Presentation in the Temple; the flight into Egypt. 4. Jesus aged 12 in temple; the Holy Family at home. On the left the windows show 1. The wedding at Cana; the Sermon on the Mount. 2. The raising of Jairus' daughter; the feeding of the 5,000. 3. The raising of Lazarus; the Transfiguration. The small window on the left of the Altar depicts the Last Supper and the Way of the Cross. The small window on the right of the Altar depicts the Crucifixion and the Descent from the Cross. The East window shows the Resurrection (largely hidden by the reredos) and the Ascension.
