ACHNACARRY
WEBSTER, G: Heraldic window 1953.
ARMADALE ISLE OF SKYE
ARMADALE CASTLE
EGGINGTON: Had a window depicting Somerled, founder of the family, at top of main stair. Etching of original window in museum; cost "more than £500 to make". After house had fire and was abandoned by family, window gradually fell apart though staff member remembers it being there in the 1970s. All that remains now is a small fragment, c 2' square, of a shield in a precarious state. Poor modern piece in café depicts aspects of the original window.
