(Story is that Blair of Blair built the house for his fancy woman! At time of writing - July 2001 - the building is used by a local solicitor)
Painted windows in entrance hall. Door and one side panel gone. Panel above door

There are also a series of birds and portraits in the stair window - one illustrated below.
The windows are  surviving remarkably well considering they've been re-installed inside out after repairs...!

1-l East wall South transept depicting 23rd psalm. Given by Mrs Mercer in memory of Andrew and Agnes Crawford.

1-l East wall South transept, "Suffer little children". Interesting in two counts - it was actually designed for elsewhere, and was gifted by Guthrie & Wells.
DAVIDSON, C (Des ); GUTHRIE & WELLS (Fec) :
2-l  South Nave war memorial, on theme of "Sacrifice & Service". Modern references (grenade, gun, 'plane etc) and traditional (pelican for sacrifice etc). Predominantly purples and blues, with lots of streakies. Erected by the Woman's Guild. 1925. Right window illustrated above.
2-l South wall of Nave, shows St Cecilia and Dorcas. Given by Miss Crawford in memory of her sisters. By the time this window was made, Davidson had died so Guthrie & Wells made it from his cartoons.
DAVIDSON, N (Des ); GUTHRIE & WELLS (Fec):
2-l window South wall. Jesus in the home of Martha & Mary; surmounting inset pictures of Miriam and Moses, and Ruth and Naomi. Has the Woman's Guild motto with the Crown of Thorns and Crown of Glory. Given by the Woman's Guild "as a Thankoffering for the restoration of this Church" after the fire. 1951 -1953.
