The West, or vestibule, window is 6 double lights, comprising twelve panels depicting Christianity in Angus from earliest times up to the Reformation. All windows are in memory of Provost John Lowson, and all are dated 1914. Illustrated. Lots of pictures of the windows on the Church website; click on the church name above.

It is documented in 1787 that Playfair did not provide enough seats and in the ensuing Court case, the witness for Sir Charles testified that he measured the capacity of the church at '17 inches to a bottom!' 3-l Last Supper, made in Germany. 1884. Window to Violet Jacob, a writer & poet who, for a time, lived in Kirriemuir. Erroneously listed by Churches to Visit as BY Violet Jacob. WILSON, W (Studio): 3 windows, 1961. Window 1973, listed by church as Wilson Studio (Wilson died 1972).
