These 14 windows were thought of as his best work by Scottish Arts Club. In the Arts Council/ Commonwealth Institute 1964 exhibition of 14 Scottish painters, he listed this as one of 4 principal commissions so far. The Scottish Gallery had an exhibition of Wilson's work in 1982, containing "Design for Brechin Cathedral" 1952, Gouache on paper, 13" x 8¾". The three lights depict what looks like a potter, Baruch? with book and two kings looking on, and an elderly saint leading musicians. Um…? The largest group of Wilson's windows in Scotland.

GOODYEAR, A: The Chapel of Reservation Window "Centred on The Eucharist, the elements of the ancient seas (Galilee, Jordan and Dead) and biblical towns are juxtaposed by their modern local equivalent of the Tay River and the churches between Dundee and Broughty Ferry" Stained Glass Journal, which also mentions that the window is entirely made of Hartley Wood glass. "The crosses of the crucifixion are depicted along with a chalice, corn and a grape vine. The River Jordan, Dead Sea, Sea of Galilee and the Tay River are illustrated, as the church is near the shore. A rainbow divides earth from heaven." Axis 200cm x 75cm Per Light, 1992
